Every figure in a table or chart is rendered from the rows your system returned, with the query attached. The sentences around it are written by the AI. On a Controller seat, every figure in those sentences is also checked before you see it, and one the data does not back is hidden and marked not verified.
How figures are checked- Can it see more than I can?
It reads with your own access.
A company, a ledger or a mailbox you cannot open in Business Central or Outlook stays closed here too. By default a check model approves each write against what you asked and blocks the rest; a conversation can instead be read-only or ask before each write. Every change is recorded in the audit log.
Security- Where does our data go?
Hosted in Europe, and kept only as long as you decide.
The application and the database run in Europe. Prompts go only to model endpoints in the EU: Scaleway in France and Requesty's EU-only routes. Nothing of yours is used to train a model. Conversations are kept 14 days by default; your company can set zero days to a year.
